You've built a life
you're proud of.
You deserve to actually feel good living it.
If you're a high-achieving woman living with endometriosis, adenomyosis, or a pelvic health condition— quietly wondering how much longer you can keep up the pace — you're in the right place.
Does this sound familiar?
You push through the pain and exhaustion because cancelling isn't really an option. You've learned to schedule meetings around your worst days. You've smiled through presentations while your body was in revolt. You've Googled "how to manage endometriosis at work" at 2am and found almost nothing useful.
You're not struggling because you feel like you’re not strong enough. You're struggling because you've been given medication, maybe surgery — and almost nothing else.
Most women receive a diagnosis, surgery, and/or a prescription.
Very few receive a plan for the rest of their life.
That’s the gap Alize Women’s Health exists to close.
This is for you if….
You've been diagnosed with endometriosis, adenomyosis, or another pelvic health condition
You're in your mid-20s to mid-40s and your career matters deeply to you
Fatigue, pain, and other symptoms are quietly eroding your performance — and your sense of self
You may be worried about what this means for your fertility
You're tired of being handed a pamphlet and sent home
You want a plan — not just a diagnosis
A different kind of support
I'm Chelsea — a scientist-engineer with 15+ years in medical product development, a certified women's health coach, and a woman living with a pelvic health condition herself.
I built Alize Women's Health because I couldn't find what I actually needed after my own diagnosis: evidence-informed support that understood both my body-mind connection and my life ambitions.
Evidence-Informed
Grounded in science, not just wellness trends - my scientist-engineering background means I read the research.

Whole-Person
Nervous system regulation, nutrition, relationships, fertility planning, and building resilience. Not just managing your systems - your whole life.
